| The Prospect Hill Cottage is located behind the Main House, served by a private driveway. It overlooks a quiet street and faces Eagle's Nest Mountain. It contains three rental units, two identical apartments, and a separate bedroom with bathroom. The Apartments each contain a very comfortably furnished living room with a fireplace and a picture window looking directly onto Eagle's Nest Mountain to the west. The Kitchenette contains a range, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster. Each apartment has its own private entrance, and parking is behind the cottage. |

the second floor air conditioned bedroom which has one King size
feather bed and one
single bed, and a full bathroom with tub and/or shower The entire apartment is paneled with knotty pine. |
